This line of Marimekko tableware - Oiva - is so amazingly cool, together with cushions in Marimekko fabric, my new kitchen will finally be my dream kitchen. I love the drawings on these pieces and the simple shapes. It is so great to see that Marimekko has survived all these years, I remember my mother loving Marimekko when I was a child!

Every year my lovely husband wonders what to get his wife - I think many men go through this :). But this year he was lucky! I just happen to find these Hans Wegner design "Wishbone" dining chairs for a super price (they are reproductions, but beautifully made!).
Looking forward to a fun party tonight for my birthday - miss my twin sister, still very weird to celebrate my birthday solo, we'll have to get her on Skype tonight!
